Controller
[Razón social], con domicilio en [domicilio completo], Ciudad de México, México ("I'mbiased") is responsible for your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
What we collect
Identification and contact data: name, email, phone and shipping address. Tax data when you request an invoice: RFC, legal name, fiscal regime and fiscal postal code. Transaction data: products, amounts and payment method (we never store card numbers; Stripe processes them). Browsing data: IP address, device type and pages visited. Bias-quiz answers, if you take it.
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
Primary purposes
Processing, charging, shipping and tracking your orders; issuing tax receipts (CFDI); handling returns, questions and support; preventing fraud; and meeting legal and tax obligations.
Secondary purposes
Sending our monthly email with news and drops, only if you opt in via double confirmation. You can withdraw consent at any time from the unsubscribe link in every email or from your account.
Transfers
We share data only with providers needed to fulfil these purposes: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), Facturama (CFDI stamping) and the carriers that deliver your order. All act as processors bound by contract to protect your information. We never sell or license your data for marketing.
Your rights (ARCO)
You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and revoke consent, by writing to privacidad@iambiased.co with your name, a way to reply, a copy of an official ID and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise. We respond within 20 business days.
You can also delete your account directly from the “Profile” section. Order records are kept for the period required by tax law, detached from your account.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session and your bag. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Any change to this notice will be published on this page with its update date.
