Prices and payment

All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT (IVA). We accept credit and debit cards, cash at OXXO and SPEI bank transfer, processed by Stripe. An order is confirmed only once payment is received. Orders awaiting payment (OXXO/SPEI) hold inventory for 72 hours; if payment doesn't arrive, the order is cancelled automatically.

Prices may change without notice, but the price that applies is always the one shown when you confirm your order. The crossed-out price on some products illustrates the anchoring bias; it is not a previous price.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in Mexico. Orders leave within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Standard shipping is free on orders of $998 MXN or more.

Returns

See our Returns policy. In short: 30 calendar days, unworn with tags, refund to the original payment method.

Account

You are responsible for the security of the email address you sign in with. We may suspend accounts that use the store fraudulently.

Intellectual property

The designs, phrases, illustrations and copy on this site belong to I'mbiased. We reserve the right to be wrong about some of them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes are subject to PROFECO and the competent courts of Mexico City.
