You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. The endowment effect suggests you won't, but the right exists.
Conditions
The cap must be unworn, unwashed and with its tags. Color or bias exchanges are welcome, subject to availability.
How
Email hola@iambiased.co with your order number. We'll send a return label; return shipping is on the customer unless the product arrived defective or different from what was ordered.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the cap, we refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. OXXO payments are refunded by SPEI transfer to the account you indicate. If your order was invoiced, we issue the corresponding credit note.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in Mexico with tracked carriers. Standard: 3–6 business days ($99 MXN; free on 2+ caps). Express: 1–2 business days ($189 MXN). You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as the package leaves.
